4 Stroke engines offer the flyer the following advantages over a 2 Stroke
engine: more torque at a lower RPM, swing a larger prop, gives better fuel economy, and is quieter.
If you need help in the selection of a 4 Stroke engine for you plane RC Hobby Center recommends that you go up one engine size. Example, a 40 size 2 Stroke plane would need a 60 size 4 Stroke. Need additional help? Contact Us and we'll answer your questions on 4 Strokes. |
